“Amplifying the Universalizations of Human Rights: Global Issues, Solutions and Perspectives.”

Abstract:

Exegesis of Human Rights represents an intrinsic propaganda which concedes morality and scrupulousness as a predominant bedrock for construing egalitarian society and that recognizes fundamental legal principles and constitutional jurisprudence to uphold the principles of equality and justice, promote the value of dignity and appraisals; and creates harmonious social relations. These inalienable, indivisible, universal and interdependent establishments heighten stable foundations for global equitable and inclusive society with a view to liberalizes people’s right to vote and elect representatives, and obliges fundamental rights and remedies to every common citizen, regardless of any social, ethnic or geographical bias. The Ideals of Human Rights substantially challenges traditional architecture of State Sovereignty by encompassing extrinsic moral as well as legislative entitlements for governmental rule of administrations, and besides the modern-day world caters burgeoning issues and consequences, rooted in forced migrations or refugee crisis, caste based atrocities, the rise of authoritarianism, vulnerabilities of indigenous people and gender inequality violations.

Addressing this manifold dimensions of global criticism and challenges, demands an unified and collaborative endeavour from all actors and authoritarians, which includes underpinning state obligations to international legal norms, fostering conducive multilateral cooperation and reviving communal activism or grassroots campaigns so as to invigorate a sustainable planet and thus, ensures glorious as well as progressive future for everyone. Therefore, this abstract concentrates on the Metamorphosis of Human Rights, and its universality and cardinal principle on a broader comprehension, and further contemplates the nexus of International Human Rights Framework and developmental process, and emphasis the role of state responsibility in promoting and safeguarding human right instruments. Additionally, the core discussion of the paper underscores various contemporary issues and global crisis challenges, besieged on Human Rights Development, also dissecting its protection regime and affirmative actions, and thus enumerates deliberative measures and pathways for strengthening the origin of Human Right System.¹
