INTRODUCTION

Artificial Intelligence has become a powerful force shaping modern society, influencing economies, governance, and daily life¹. With the increasing use of data and advanced technologies, the concept of digital sovereignty—control over digital systems and data—has gained importance. ²However, access to AI remains unequal across countries, raising concerns about global equity. At the same time, traditional intellectual property laws are struggling to address issues related to AI-generated content. Additionally, AI poses challenges to human rights, such as privacy and freedom from discrimination³. This paper explores these issues and emphasizes the need for updated frameworks to ensure fairness, accountability, and inclusive technological growth. ⁴
