Emergence of AI: A Legal Perspective of Balancing Constitutional Rights and IPR
Abstract:
Technology has been developing at a rapid pace. While its development is necessary and important, it has brought about Artificial Intelligence (AI) in our everyday lives. Every decision in our lives, we are dependent on AI these days. That, in itself, has created a need to look into the constitutional rights, which also deal with the human rights and the IPR aspect while dealing with the AI. While AI might create things, the authorship and how the other benefits are given also need to be looked into. The concepts that this paper deals with are the AI-generated and AI-assisted work. This paper shall focus on the contemporary developments of AI and the laws mentioned herein and how the courts have interpreted the legal perspective and shall also focus on the gaps that exist.
