Abstract

The transformational potential of artificial intelligence as a revolutionary breakthrough of the contemporary period is examined in this research paper, with a focus on the difficulties it presents for civil and human rights. One of the most talked-about topics in the world today is artificial intelligence, yet many people are unclear about the parallels and discrepancies between artificial and human intelligence. This poses important considerations, such as whether AI will be the future of humanity. Do machines and humans really compete with one another? Artificial intelligence, according to some academics and philosophers, will serve as an extension of human skills, advancing technology and creating new opportunities for human growth. One of the most important technologies of the twenty-first century is artificial intelligence. It gives robots the capacity to learn, reason, make decisions, and solve problems, allowing them to mimic human intelligence. AI is currently being used extensively in many different fields, such as education, healthcare, industry, agriculture, administration, communication, and entertainment. This study examines how artificial intelligence affects human existence in both positive and bad ways, highlighting both the opportunities and difficulties that lie ahead. In order to handle the problems brought on by AI, it is imperative that universal regulatory frameworks be established.

Keywords: Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Challenges, Social Impact, Literature and Creativity, Human Sensitivity.
