Title: Urge For Patent: The Rise of Artificial Intelligence in the World of Intellectual Property Rights
Abstract Creativity and innovation are the blessings of nature that are embedded in a person who possesses such talent. Our legal system has bestowed upon its citizens the Intellectual Property Rights Laws, which acts as a guardian protector of those creative works that are the efforts of an individual's intellect. No matter how inexpensive or time-saving inventions we are blessed with, the level of delicacy and intricacy that one's creative intellect possesses cannot be matched or replaced by any other computerized technology. Hence, it is of utmost significance that people should inculcate in their minds the role of Artificial Intelligence and the extent to which it can perform, as it is gifted with several loopholes. This article explores the symbolism of a patent in the era of Artificial Intelligence, specifically in the realm of Intellectual Property Rights. This article will also cover the ambit of Artificial Intelligence under the shade of Intellectual Property Rights, other dimensions might include Artificial Intelligence’s tag of personhood be given or not, other sub-topics might include the use of patent, the WIPO, challenges emerging in the legal age of Intellectual Property Rights with the evolution of Artificial Intelligence and possible solutions to solve the emerging challenges that will not only shape the believes of the people that their legal rights are fully secured but will also inject in the minds of the law makers that laws, being a dynamic element, demands reform with every sphere of societal change.
